Follow these steps to successfully configure your Netvio JP4 & JP4-60 Series AVoIP installation.Netvio recommends the use of Netvio 360 for configuration due to the auto-discovery and online firmware update functionality built into the software.

Getting Started

The TS-13-10 touch panel can be powered using either PoE+ (Power over Ethernet) or the included local power adapter.

Please refer to single and multiple screen wiring configurations.

Mounting options include the provided wall-mount plate or an optional accessory table stand (TS-MT-10).

Ensure the TS-13-10 touch panel is connected to the same network as the IP-JP4-CL-10 or other supporting devices such HT2 Series Matrix.

No additional setup is needed if the AV network is configured to use DHCP for network addressing.
APPBuilder Software

A project must be created in Netvio360 and loaded onto the IP-JP4-CL-10 processor.

The creation and customization of a GO project are performed in the GO Appbuilder section within Netvio360. Once loaded onto the CL-10, the project will support all compatible UI devices.

There is no need to prepare a separate file for the TS-13-10 touch panel as it uses the same config file as other mobile devices and tablets.
Loading Project

When the TS-13-10 boots, it will first search for a local file and load it if one is found.

If no file is found, tap the “Home” button at the bottom-right corner of the Netvio page, followed by the “Setup” Gear icon at the top-left corner of the next page.

Select “Scan for Devices” or press the CL-10 processor button if the processor has been previously discovered.

This process will transfer and load the project onto the TS-13-10.
Operating the App

To change video routing, simply tap a source, then tap the desired destination.

When available, source buttons will display a preview stream.

Volume control for the selected source is located at the bottom of the screen.

Source controls can be accessed by selecting the remote icon button located below the source preview window.

To view a full screen preview, tap the right arrow icon beneath the source button.

To change the audio source routing:

Enable the “Audio Picker” button located on the middle-right of the screen.

Tap the preview icon in the source selection area to route the audio.
